- 2 pints of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of xylitol
- 1 Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 Seltzer, chilled
- Optional: Sprigs of fresh Mint
- Mix in 2 pints of raspberries, ¼ cup of xylitol, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Use a fine-meshed sieve to force mix the puree into a bowl.
- Scoop 2 tablespoon puree into each of 8 glasses.
- Put ice cubes in each glass.
- Pour in seltzer.
Tip: You may also garnish using fresh mint sprigs.
