EGG WHITE PUFFS – Phase 2 (4 servings)
Liquid egg whites
Chopped spinach
Chopped bell pepper
Chopped onion
Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin tin with non-stick pan.
Fill each muffin cup halfway with liquid egg whites.
Add chopped veggies to each cup until almost full.
Bake for 20 minutes.

    Can this be used as a snack? I am finding it difficult to put together easy snacks for phase 2…especially on the go. I don’t like jerky. Lol. Also, is it okay to cook this in the microwave? 🙂

      Yes you can use cooking spray, if the purpose of using it is to avoid the eggs getting stick to the frying pan.
