How many servings does this recipe make? I am having a hard time discovering this in most of the recipes I am interested in. I can figure out if it is for one, but for me only the Juicy Lime-Flavored Shreimp with Avocado cleraly states the servings.

Hi, Jennifer! You can have 1 cup of this recipe for your serving. You can add 1/2 potion if you are to lose more than 20 lbs.

THANK you. (I can really type better than it appears.) I am just in my second week so still getting the hang of things. Even in phase 3 I can have 1 cup? I feel like I’m complaining, but is 1/4 cup of cranberries correct for the 1 1/2 cups of steel cut oats?

Hi, Jennifer! Yes, you still can have a cup of this for phase 3. If you have 20 lbs to lose, the serving for cranberry in this recipe is 1/4 cup. Of course you can still add another 1/2 if you’ve got more 20 lbs to lose 🙂
