Green Cucumber Smoothie Recipe – Phase 2

They have a very mild taste that can be easily dominated by another fruit, which is good, because you can just throw in other kind of fruits in your blender with the cucumber and you’ll have a fruity tasting smoothie! Ingredients

  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 Lemon, Peeled
  • 1″ of grated ginger (frozen)
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 Small Handful of Cilantro
  • 1 Small Handful of Parsley
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Apple (Optional)

Instructions

  • If the ginger isn’t frozen, peel it, otherwise grate it right in
  • Peel the lemon
  • Blend it!
  • You can also add apple and drink it during Phase 1!

Strawberry Papaya Spinach Smoothie – Phase 1

Strawberry Papaya Spinach Smoothie

Makes : 1 large glass.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of fresh spinach levels
  • 1/2 cup of fresh hulled strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced papayas
  • 1/3 cup of water

Drop everything into the blender. Blend. You may add Stevia or xylitol to sweeten.
