This Phase 1 smoothie is packed with superfood ingredients that are both delicious and an awesome way to start the day! It would also be a delicious afternoon snack. Cheers to good health, and being the best version of you!
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- 2 cups rice milk, chilled
- 2 ripe pears, core, and skin removed
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- Pour chilled rice milk initially into a blender.
- Wash with water pears and remove core and skin.
- Add pears, blueberries, and ice cubes into the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until mixture becomes creamy and has a uniform texture.
- Pour into 2 large glasses. Serve and enjoy!
