Now that the June Solstice is fast approaching, I bet almost all of our fast metabolism dieters are excited for this season! June Solstice marks the official start of summer! It is expected that almost all of our dieters are already booked for their various summer getaways, vacation and trips!
But before you get super excited with these summer getaways, make sure to stay healthy and fit to avoid dehydration and avoid acquiring skin diseases. And so to help you stay healthy this summer season, here are some healthy fruits and veggies you can indulge to keep yourself hydrated and refreshed under the scrutinizing heat of the summer sun.
- Have a Very Berry Boost
If you wanted to lose more weight and keep-up with your fast metabolism diet journey this summer, having a berry boost is one of the best indulgence! Have a cup of mixed berries as your snacks. Blackberries (Phase 1 and 3), blueberries (Phase 1 and 3), strawberries(Phase 1) are rich in antioxidants that helps prevent damages to our tissues and reduces the risks of age-related illness.
